We're closely following the recommendations of federal, state, and local authorities to make the best decisions for our customers and communities. Because of that, some locations may operate with modified schedules. Select your nearest branch to find the most updated information prior to your visit.

How to access your account

Now more than ever, we're encouraging customers to use the many ways to access accounts without visiting the bank. You have options, and we're here to answer any questions.

Mobile and online banking

Check account balances, pay bills, transfer money, deposit checks and more through these digital channels. Enroll in online banking or download the app to get started. 

Phone support

Get support and account information daily, 5 am to midnight, by calling us at 888-547-6541. 

24-hour telephone banking

Use AnyTime Access from a touch-tone phone to monitor account balance and transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, transfer funds for loan payments and more. It's available anytime by calling 888-627-6799.


ATMs are available at most Bank of Missouri locations.

Interactive Teller Machines (ITM)

An ITM is like an ATM, but much more personal. Tap to interact with a live teller and do just about everything you can do inside the bank branch. Cash and deposit checks. Make withdrawals in many common denominations. Deposit cash, break a larger bill and make a loan payment. You can also communicate through on-screen text messaging.

What we're doing for the health of our customers and teammates

Everyone's health and well-being is always a top priority. We’ve enhanced thorough cleaning practices in our locations and on our ATM/ITM machines to support a healthy banking experience. And we're encouraging employees and customers to follow the personal hygiene recommendations provided by the CDC. We're also asking teammates to stay home from work when feeling sick.

It's no secret COVID-19 has put a strain on our customers and small businesses across our state. We're here to provide assistance to customers affected by COVID-19.1

Deposit account assistance

For customers experiencing hardship from COVID-19, we can offer accommodations related to your checking and saving accounts upon request and based on individual needs.

Loan payment deferrals

You may be eligible to defer payments. If this program could benefit you, please call us for more information.

Penalty-free CD and IRA CD withdrawals

Certificates of Deposit typically have penalty fees for withdrawing before the term ends. We know some people may need to access the money earlier, so we offer early CD withdrawals with no penalty.

Small business and commercial client loan assistance

Reach out to your dedicated banker or call us at 888-547-6541 to discuss our various loan assistance programs. Each business owner's story is unique, and we create solutions on an individualized basis. The first step is having a conversation to figure out how we can help your company adjust during these times.

How to protect your account

Be aware of scammers ready to take advantage of this situation. Here are some things to consider:

  • Criminals may call posing as your bank to get you to give up important account information. Remember, do not give out your online banking login, account number, debit card number or Social Security number. The Bank of Missouri will never call you asking for this information. When in doubt, hang up and dial us at 888-547-6541. That way you can feel confident you are talking to The Bank of Missouri.
  • Scammers are sending emails posing as the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization or other experts. Be careful about clicking links, opening attachments and downloading files from emails. The scammer is likely trying to put a virus or other malware on your computer or trick you into giving up your personal information.
  • We all want to help right now, but be cautious when making donations. Do not donate to anyone who asks you to do so in cash, by gift card, or by wiring money. Take your time to select a reputable charity, and if something doesn't feel right, don't donate.

These are a few of the common scams. Visit the Federal Trade Commission's website to learn more about scams and protecting yourself. Also, be sure to review your account regularly and contact us right away if you notice anything unexpected.
